【SILVIO NARDI シルヴィオ・ナルディ】
シルヴィオ・ナルディは、1950年にモンタルチーノの自然豊かな美しい土地に1,216haの土地を購入、農業用機械の販売の傍ら、ワイナリーを興し、ワイン造りに情熱を注ぎました。
ブルネッロ先駆者の一人として、1967年発足の同協会設立メンバーにも名を連ねました。
今日のシルヴィオ・ナルディの名声を確立したのは、シルヴィオの末娘エミリア・ナルディ。彼女は1990年に代表者となると、畑の改革を進めセラーも一新。更なる品質の向上を成し遂げました。
畑は80ha、モンタルチーノの西部と東部の標高140～480mの斜面に位置します。
【栽培醸造】
全て除梗後、発酵前低温浸漬。
28℃以下で18日間以上の発酵・果皮浸漬。
様々なサイズの樽を使用し、6～12カ月の熟成（一部新樽）。
