ナタリーノ氏の父はアルベラータと呼ばれる古代から続く畑から、ヴェルディッキオ種の古い優れたクローンを選び出すことに成功し、現在ではそのぶどうを用いて芳醇でミネラルに溢れたワインを造っています。
ナタリーノ氏はビオディナミ農法を実践する自社畑で、この土地のぶどうの新たな可能
性に挑戦しており、フラッグシップ・ワインである「イル・サンロレンツォ」をリリースしました。
